Full payment is required for pre-orders and can be made using all major credit cards, and Apple Pay.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel pre-ordered items. To initiate a cancellation, please contact us at support@vivatimepiece.com. Please be aware that canceled pre-orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
48-Hour Cancellation Window
Cancellations are permitted within 48 hours from the time of finalizing the pre-order. To cancel, contact our customer support via the contact form. Be sure to include your order number in your cancellation request. The canceled pre-orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
Refund Policy
Refunds for pre-orders canceled after the 48-hour window cannot be processed until after the product delivery date, as displayed on the product page and/or collection page. Once a pre-order is canceled, you'll receive a confirmation email, and the refund will be issued.
Shipping Information
Shipping for all pre-orders is scheduled to commence on February 10, 2025. Standard delivery takes up to 15 days, while express shipping will be delivered within 8-12 days.
